2.) Property Tour
The second step is to take a tour of the property, meet with you, and get a better idea of what solutions I can offer you. I will give you a cash offer on your property and if you are comfortable, we can sign a “purchase and sale” document and send the property information to the title company for closing.
3.) Our Closing
Finally, we will close on the property, transferring ownership over to my company and you are 100% free of the property! You will receive a cashier’s check or wire transfer at you closing from the Title Company. This check will allow you to pay off bills, take a vacation, add to retirement or college savings!
